What I liked

The way each character was unmasked was a writing masterclass. The blending of reality and fiction. This is a cast of athletes, with the passing of each scene they moved with such grace and the layers of each character they each unraveled for the audience was seamless. I can write five pages about how phenomenal of a show this is, it’s truly one of a kind and all I can say is you must see it. Lines is a beautiful rare flower of a show that I will be thinking and talking about long after this festival has passed.

What I didn't like

Nothing?? Maybe have tissues on standby?

My overall impression

A love letter for every artist who’s grappled with how much of their life and losses they’re willing to put into their art for the world to witness. This show is funny, it defies every expectation, and leaves the audience feeling like they were a part of something really beautiful. I laughed, I cried, I left speechless yet wanting to scream praises for this show all down Santa Monica Blvd. If you miss it, you’re making a huge mistake.
