What I liked
Lily explores these stories through great characters and shows the impact of society dictating who and what we should be. By giving power back to the underrepresented voices, Lily gives space to explore and find our own identity through these stories.

My overall impression
Lily is a force. A marvelous storyteller with heart and humor. A complex story of identity, womanhood and the stories that shape us. Mixing personal stories from her own life and struggles paired with stories from other Desi-American women creates this blend of voices to create a beautiful show.
