Acting, direction, lighting, props, all of it is spot on.
What I didn't like
There was one lighting cue that was delayed that left me a bit confused, but it eventually worked out.
My overall impression
To serve but not to dream…the tale of the fairy who cried gems was truly written as an aside in another’s story. Outside the stories of the fish, firefly, and baker, the fairy’s perspective outside of what was written about her truly became the heart of this one-woman show. The lighting cues and changes really made the show and helped all the scenes make sense. Lily’s versatile acting range and expressions are apparent. It was easy to stay engaged throughout the whole thing. I believe this show is a must-watch in the Fringe circuit.
