My overall impression
Emma has crafted a perfect vessel for her (delightful) physical, verbal, and emotional intensity and honesty; throughout the course of the evening, you are going find her hilarious, sympathetic, terrifying, intriguing, and surprising, oftentimes a combination of two or three or all of the above. For a show with so many moving parts, callbacks, setups and punchlines, Emma’s consistent presence, trust in the audience/ability to surprise and mess around with us, and commitment is truly impressive, surprising, and in its own strange way, inspirational. An absolute dynamite blast of a show.
