What I liked
The whole delivery, the acronym insanity, the audience play, the layers of improv/guerrilla theater delivered with such a discerning, agile and compassionate hand. I cackled the entire time. I actually pondered immense aspects of the human experience. I am changed!!!
What I didn't like
Nothing! We all need the actual weekend at the La Quinta mini-ballroom.
My overall impression
Just an amazing, incredible show!! What an absolutely genius performer and writer and force of nature Emily is!! I’m ready to pay $4500, I’m ready to join the cult, I’m ready to change my life!! Emily/Tensil manages to deliver the most apex uplifting yet deeply unsettling experience… and huge, major questions flow out of this show about our sense of selfhood, about the murky blend of inspiration and fantasy underlying self-help, about trusting people with your dreams. I absolutely loved this show, I’m blown away, I’m full-on MLM-style recommending it to everyone I can tell.
