Tarek getting a man who had never in his life said “period pooh” to say it in front of a live audience

He doesn’t have the Macarthur grant :(
My overall impression
Tarek is such an amazing, high-energy performer who knows how to engage with the crowd. In its unique mix of silly, exaggerated parody and genuine inquiry, the show investigates the idea of “genius,” why we make art, why we suffer to make our art, and whether or not exploiting our pain in our art and artistic persona is worth it in the end. And he death drops!
