For our team this became a real headache once we grew beyond a small in-house crew. We wanted an SSP advertising platform where ops could manage daily settings, partners only saw their own stats, and finance had read-only dashboards without being able to break anything. Out of the box tools were pretty limited, so we started exploring more tailored SSP options and spoke with a few vendors. One of the conversations that stuck was with https://geomotiv.com/industries/adtech/ssp/ , because they think about roles, tenants and access rules as part of the product design, not as a single “admin” checkbox. It doesn’t solve every process issue, but it’s a lot easier when the platform actually supports the way your teams are structured.
