Carl Garcia and Sasha Travis’ performances in Tell Tale Heart were especially riveting. Garcia sucks the viewer into the confessional of a madman, to which Travis provides a compassionate (and somewhat maniacal) mirror.
I also enjoyed that the stripped down set allowed my imagination to wander, like when reading the very pages of Poe. Horror is best when the audience is afforded the space to fill with his or her own fears.

My overall impression
The Paranoia of Poe was excellent from the casting to the narrative. The way in which Poe’s classic stories are told is delightfully fresh.
