What I liked
Our tour guide was immediately likeable, funny and a literal walking encyclopedia of the LA music scene. LOVED the premise, the writing and the especially the ending. And try to find Billy K’s “anonymous” review – BRILLIANT button on a BRILLIANT tour.
What I didn't like
These good people have ZERO control over the weather. Since this is an outdoor walking tour, think ahead. And they did – by offering two umbrellas to two attendees to block the sun (THANK YOU)! If you go during the day, bring water, sunscreen, an umbrella, etc. You don’t want to get distracted from this wonderful performance.
My overall impression
A fantastic, heartbreaking and moving (literally and figuratively) love letter to the yesteryear of LA’s music scene. And the ending is my favorite of the Fringe this year. Bravo!
