What I liked
Beautiful direction by D’Lo! The characters of Buddha, Krishna, & Kali were specific and captivating, as Mayuri deftly transitioned from one to the other. Her physicality was so strong throughout the piece.
What I didn't like
I just wanted so much more dance! I could watch Neel & Mayuri perform for hours.
My overall impression
Mayuri is a force to be reckoned with. She commands the stage with such dignity and power – I was brought to tears by her confident Kali. The music, so magnificently offered by Neel Agrawal, enhanced this piece ten fold. Their collaborative exchange was mesmerizing to watch throughout the show. This show is not to be missed!
