What I liked
Who doesn’t like hearing about other people’s dating nightmares? But the show is more than that. She goes into “the darkness” (literally, that’s a song) and comes out the other side.
What I didn't like
Word of mouth will get this show a bigger audience!
My overall impression
You’ll have so much fun at this show. Maria combines stand up with vulnerable storytelling, and she has a musical theater artist’s understanding of just how and when to drop in music that drives the story forward with powerhouse vocals. And her instinct for structure is spot on!!
