The humor, sharp wit of playwright Edward G. Excalibur and the chemistry of the cast. The two Fidels were a highlight with their physical comedy. The staging for the final scene with the ensemble in frozen postions and then off stage and returning to their frozen positions was simple and effective.
What I didn't like
I enjoyed The Presenter’s role in this play however I think less is more at time in both his delivery and in the writing for this particular role.
My overall impression
When a Hollywood Fringe show has an ensemble cast of 11, it gets your attention. I was delighted that this production team and actors seamlessly brought to life this funny, entertaining satire on a bare stage with minimal staging that never felt like something was missing.
