What I liked

The show opens with a musical lip-syncing number immediately bringing a sense of fun and keeping it throughout with more musical interludes sprinkled in. They also provided masks for some patrons, adding to the frivolity. The cast all brought levity (and some real tears) to the stage with superb physical comedy that I couldn’t get enough of. The show as it was written is vulgar and I loved that they fully embraced that. On top of the fact that the costumes we soooo cool. They were Shakespeare-inspired but leather-clad and with awesome flare.

What I didn't like

I personally would have loved a re-write with this exact shame show but modern text, but that’s just me.

My overall impression

Loved this super campy, high energy production of Much Ado. Shakespeare can be a heavy mental load but this cast of players kept it light and made it easy and enjoyable to watch.
