What I liked

SAM’s show invites you in, setting the tone before it starts. The timing and performance are all polished. She uses theatrical elements like lighting and sound cues, as well as the space of the stage very well.

What I didn't like

Simply because insight from an actor’s life is a popular theme at Fringe, I would be curious to see her explore a different topic at a new Fringe show, and she should definitely continue making new Fringe shows.

My overall impression

Part of what makes SAM so special is the entire experience even leading up to the show. She creates a whole world in her marketing and in addition to her polished show, is honestly a masterclass in how-to-fringe. You can see she is supported by a wonderful team and that she sets the tone with them to create this world.
