What I liked
The step-by-step walkthrough of the ticketing system was exceptionally clear. It was great to see live demonstrations of how ticket tiers and guide listings will be displayed to festival attendees, which helps tremendously in planning our promotion strategies.
What I didn't like
Adding timestamps or structured chapter markers to the video recording/replays would make it easier to revisit specific topics like printed guide formatting or ticketing edge cases without scrubbing through the entire meeting.
