What I liked
Hope’s voice is the source of this show’s magic. Then her smile and genuine enthusiasm for her subject draw us in and we want to hear more – know more about Connie.
What I didn't like
The guitar seemed to go more out of tune as the show progressed.
My overall impression
A thoroughly entertaining and enthralling one-woman show about a singer-songwriter from the 1950’s whose flame flickered ever so briefly and then disappeared from history. Quite literally. Hope Levy has the perfect voice and spirit to take us on a journey to unravel the mystery is the Connie Converse Universe. A must see.
