About the Project
Tim Moran’s NoHo Jazz Quartet, featuring Tim Moran on guitar, Roger Rivas on Piano, Todd Friedman on Bass, and Carlos Vega Jr. on drums, will be performing traditional jazz standards from the 20s thru the 60s at the Fringe Festival opening reception Wednesday, June 13th, from 6-7PM.
Tim Moran has been playing jazz guitar for over 30 years. He studied with jazz legends Joe Pass and Howard Roberts and graduated from Musicians Institute when it’s curriculum was geared toward live jazz performance and budding studio musicians. Tim played guitar and bass on hundreds of LA area studio recording sessions during 1980s.
