What I liked
I really enjoyed the theatrics of the show. Charlie was engaging and I liked the multimedia of the voice recordings and the different lighting effects.
What I didn't like
The jokes were all good. I think a few times I missed things because of how heavy his accent is, so some more enunciation would go a long way. And the ending could’ve been a bigger better finish. But other than those minuscule critiques, I thoroughly enjoyed it.
My overall impression
Charlie Day is an outstanding performer and this show is as entertaining as it is charming and frenetic. Rock Bottom is the type of show that makes you laugh and think all while holding your sides, doubled over with laughter. Bravo!
