What an incredible combination of jokes (proper jokes, mind you!) writing, stage presence and truth. I liked the laughs, I liked the other things, too.
Also, people talk about “one person” shows, but when the person who runs tech in that theater sat down with us the audience (instead of up in the tech booth) I knew we were in for something a little different. I love that Charlie ran his own lights and sound remotely (and seamlessly) which only now as I write this do I realize could be construed as an entirely additional layer to the theme of the show.
Don’t miss this delightful and poignant show.

My overall impression
Absolutely wonderful. Hilarious, vulnerable, silly, honest. Charlie’s energy is infectious from the first moment.
