Was not what I expected. Didn’t know how much influence his family had on the Jewish culture in New York, and that his dad was involved as a professor of Jewish studies (I think I got that right). I honestly didn’t know what the hell I would be in for with this show. But I loved Kami’s energy when I met her so thought I’d give it a try. And holy shit did she deliver. Constant laughs, amazing comedic timing and improv skills, and a hat that squeaks. Make for a super unique show that defined any sort of traditional structure and story.... full review

This is, hands down, one of the best shows I’ve seen not just at fringe this year, but any fringe ever. It is so fun, so super funny, and has so many interactive twists and turns, my face and stomach hurt so much from laughing. It was so good, I went twice and brought my girlfriend the second time. A wonderful, relatable story about being Jewish and struggling with mental health and identity (I’m not Jewish, for the record, but the story still resonated with me). Was much less a magic show and much more a one person show with magic supporting the stories. Thought it was wonderful start to finish.... full review

I saw Maureen do a sample of this show at a cabaret and saw her at the runway in her costume, and I had to give this a try. And holy shit, it was not disappointing. The story was fun and funny, super crude (which I love love loved), and the music was wonderfully funny. I was in tears laughing almost the entire time.... full review

What a wonderfully funny and fun show! I see a lot (read: LOT) of magic shows and they all lack a certain amount of heart, a certain amount of character, a certain amount of substance. But this show? It has all of those things in spades. Absolutely riveting, I went to see it on a whim and I'm glad I did...will probably catch it one more time before the end of fringe...... full review
