This was an excellent autobio musical about the life of Ms. Sunita through her upbringing and childhood as a POC of South Asian descent, to her journey in beauty pageant industry, her physical challenges with her voice and emotional scars from her personal life. Overall I was very impressed with how dedicated the director was in having the cast be diverse (BIPOC and disabled included) and the songs and music written by the director and sang by the cast gave Rent and School of Rock vibes.
