The Last Croissant

From the moment even before the show began (I would advise arriving early for some delightful musical pre-show shenanigans), I had a smile on my face which didn't leave until hours after I left the theatre. This absolute gem of a show is one of the most unique, captivating productions, and a masterclass in comedic writing, ensemble performance, and magical realism. The Attic Collective's sophomore showing at the Hollywood Fringe Festival from top to bottom was near flawless, from their jaw-droppi... full review

TobinCon

It's been quite challenging to know precisely where to begin with any description of Tobincon. The failure to collect my written thoughts about this piece isn't due to anything that might be considered intrinsically wrong with the performance by Mitnick or his show. Quite the opposite in fact – it is caused by the Tobincon being one of the most the intelligent, most fiercely acted, and most intimately engaging pieces I have seen thus far at the Hollywood Fringe Festival. ... full review

The Book of Briarshire

Originally a part of Sacred Fools ongoing Serial Killers series it unfortunately met its untimely demise leaving the show unfinished. This iteration concludes the epic journey of Ylva(Kelly Moore) and her sister Skittles(Emily Bolcik) on their way to slay The Dragon. I don't even know where to begin in describing how ridiculously fun this show was. The entire audience found ourselves struggling to catch our breath after each laugh. From the zany costumes and larger-than-life performances of t... full review
