This show was hilarious, ruthlessly positive and takes itself exactly the right amount of seriously. I truly didn’t expect to be as emotionally affected as I was—although it was funny and lighthearted, I found myself leaving the show feeling refreshed and lighter from having participated. I actually did work through a lot of stuff over the course of the show, which was a very pleasant surprise. I even took home a souvenir or two! ... full review
