The show is fun as fuck! Lord of the Flies meets Girl, Interrupted. An ambitious, funny, and at times absurd show that doesn't talk down to its audience. The themes of revolution against the patriarchy and the expectations set on women which cause them to contort themselves to measure up, and being punished for not following rules they were never a part of creating are apparent. There are more existential (and absurd) questions posed like, "When does a person stop being a person and become meat?"... full review

I fucking hated it. The devil (Mark Vigeant) is a son of a bitch, and this show ruined my life. I came home so upset about the misery I was put through by all the demons, and got in a big argument with my partner. I slept in the courtyard last night. I'm pretty sure a neighborhood cat peed on me while I was sleeping. I blame Satan. I blame Welcome to Hell.... full review

Like no other show I've seen at the Hollywood Fringe this year. Such emotional depth in a piece which also seeks to educate and share a deeply personal family story about Vivi's family's escape from Vietnam as the war came to a close. A harrowing tale you can't help but get swept up in and Vivi is so magnetic and holds the audience with such care and an open heart. Considering the life or death stakes of the story, you leave feeling hopeful for the humankind's capacity for kindness and community ... full review

Kelly is such a talent who wears her heart on her sleeve. This show, though dealing with a mountain of generational and personal trauma, radiates with the hope and love that Kelly carries with her everywhere she goes.... full review

The story, the performances, and the direction are all fantastic! It does an amazing job of balancing humor, tragic truths about the world we live in, and suspense. It really begins to mind fuck the audience just as much as it does Hannah (played by Emily Clark). Lucas Alifano (playing Nick) is pitch perfect, and though Jeff Scot Carey (as Randall) may not be on stage for nearly as long, his presence is felt by the end.
