Trump in Space- The Musical

FULL DISCLOSURE OH MY GOD. I know people in the production. (That's right, you heard me. I know production people. Now get this water out of here. I said CHILLED not COLD. Cretin.) Trump in Space is super fun. The cast keeps things moving and cram the funny in at every turn. The music is great and the staging allows for all sorts of nuanced bits. It's a well oiled machine that sticks to the premise. And though the final reveal seemed a bit out of nowhere (SPOILER ALERT! There's a final reveal)... full review

Orange Mango Cabaret

TOTAL TRANSPARENCY! I wrote a little for this show. But I won't steer you wrong. I can still be objective. Okay, first of all, I don't know who wrote that part about Fake News but my god. What work! I kid. It is my way, no? Yes! Alright. Enough about me. I say more of this Orange Mango Cabaret business. This feels really Fringy to me: An immediate response to 2017. It takes the things we are currently trying to make sense of on a daily basis and pushes them, twists them, runs them into... full review

THUG TUNNEL

It feels like Robot Teammate learned everything they could from last year's TIME HEART and put it to work here in THUG TUNNEL. The story is relevant and horrible, the characters all fit, the music and singing all rock. They do a great job of perpetually killing the genre they are also parodying. Nikki Muller and Kat Primeau are fantastic, easily rocking the lead roles of Breakin' Necks Becky and Petunia. David Reynolds and Chris Bramante play the two male 2nds brilliantly and Miles Crosman nails... full review

The Princes' Charming

Bob, played by Cameron Britton, has a bit that will leave you scratching (and rubbing) your head. I don't know how he did it. This cast is solid, furious, and fun, but I must say every time Bob comes out, the place falls apart. I'll be seeing this one again. ... full review

Porn Rock: An Unintentional Comedy

There are some great performances, hilarious moments, and seriously disturbing bits as well. Not only do we experience the foolishness of governmental attempts to legislate behavior, we also get a good dose of the content these misguided mothers were attempting to address.... full review

Still Got It

Full disclosure, I'm always gonna go see what Mr. Hunt does. It's always gonna have surprises, some real pathos, and some danger. And funny. You know there's gonna be some great funny. Brendan Hunt knows how to connect material, character, and audience and he does it here. I saw the preview so there may be adjustments from the show I saw. I'll see it again later in the run just because I know that, free from the restrictions of a big ensemble show, Brendan will find even more to bring. That's ano... full review
