COFFEE DATE

Weiland is excellent at setting up a seemingly mundane story then adding exciting twists that nobody saw coming. You get the chance to connect with and understand each character individually which makes all the messy love triangles (and squares) that much more gripping. Coffee Date explores all the juicy hallmarks of modern dating including dating apps, undefined relationships, and fluid sexuality.... full review

Being The Perfect Woman

The show started out as a silly, intimate, and interactive, satire, making fun of the performance of femininity, but then seamlessly pivoted to more a more serious exploration of gender and self-acceptance. I was in awe of the bravery and vulnerability in both the performance and writing. I adore a show with a fresh take on pertinent social issues and this play is just that.... full review

So fun, inclusive, and educational!! Angeline debunks harmful misconceptions we have about sex and validates everyone's individual experience. Her games and metaphors were somehow ridiculous entertainment and genius teaching tools at the same time. She was born to be a Sex Ed teacher. ... full review

Maybelline powerpointed harder than any other Fringe show I've seen and I was not ready for it. She is a stellar performer/vocalist and a really likable to person onstage. Her songs, stats, and stories had me cracking up and mulling over my life choices. So happy she came all the way from Australia to do this fantastic show!!... full review

Except Myself

A clever and exceptionally creative play!! I was cracking up from beginning to end. The show perfectly captures how disorienting life changes can be to your sense of self and purpose. The audience feels intimately incorporated into the story and you can't help but love each ridiculous character.... full review

A Perfectly Still Curveball

This script is beautifully written, satisfying, and surprising. I deeply connected with the discussion of feeling like a burden due to health issues. Alice and Chase's characters served as hilariously absurd comic relief to the main plot. The cast worked together incredibly well onstage and I'd see any show this group puts on!... full review

Hidden Gem

Hidden Gem is one of the funniest and most relatable shows I've seen this year! Viva flips seamlessly between hilariously irreverent jokes and sincere, astute reflections on mental health. Viva needs a Netflix special ASAP!... full review
