The Anti-Yogi is a phenomenal piece that makes audience members reconsider the way they engage with yoga and the world at large. Mayuri is completely in her element, able to express her passion and rage across multiple mediums of expression – dancing as well as acting as multiple people and deities. Yoga is more than just a series of poses. To Mayuri it is a spiritual practice, her culture, and a way of life that leaves the world a better place than the way we found it. I walked away learning so ...
