Susan is enticing with a deep sense of self and power. There is a prowess about her onstage that is piercing and haunting yet moving as she reveals pieces of her life that make a full circle connection to what it means to exist. I'll say that I would have loved to see her glorious legs do some ballet on stage! This is a piece that deserves a continued life....

I literally had to take a few days to digest U and Me and my best friend P. There are not many people who are a force to be reckon'd with--Abby is one of those people. The power, the depth, the childlike beauty the poetry, the set pieces made with her hands, the program! All together was a beautiful reminder in the magic and necessity of story-telling. The punch the poems give to the solar plexus is quid unexpected, her sheer imagination & ability to draw her audience in and think while laughing ...
