Being a couple of decades older than the play's protagonists, I note a vulnerability and emotional intelligence the men of my generation do not access. Without Robert Bly drumming them into "truth telling" they engage heartache with an uncommon authenticity.... full review

The woman sitting next to me was laughing so loud and so constantly, it took me a while to inch myself into my own enjoyment of this crazy-ass show. It's in part a political statement on the diminishing of the dairy industry as it's supplanted by all matter of vegan milk. And then it's a multi-media extravaganza craftily staged with black and white film, colorful and wacked out comedy sketches and a fun group of performers.... full review

KOSHER SALT

I was initially suspicious that Abel would "solve antisemitism in 45 minutes," considering the current world situations of the October 7 kibbutz massacre, the Palestinian rights protests, the war in Ukraine with it's Jewish President Zelensky. I just allowed myself to immerse in Abel's story telling. All I can say is that he nails much of why Jewish culture is so thick, beloved and mistrusted. ... full review
