I wish there were more shows like this at fringe. After seeing so many shows they all sort of being to blend together in a weird soup and it's easy to forget everything you've seen but Pandora's Boombox stands out at something entirely unique and special. I cannot say enough good things about this show. It's nothing like Beetlejuice but gave me Beetlejuice vibes. Odd, quirky, funny, weird. I felt like a kid watching this show. From start to finish it spoke to the weird little kid inside me. Ian's inclusion of the audience is incredibly well done. He tells a fun story with a surprisingly heartfelt ending and gives a masterclass in clowning. This is my favorite show of the season. ... full review

I went to this show on a whim, having never heard of it and knowing nothing about it and WOW! One of my favorites of the fringe! Laurie is hilarious. She knows how to tell a story. Not only can she tell a story, but she can tell a story about what could be a very uncomfortable subject matter and make it warm and funny.
