I was really impressed with how much this show really drops into vulnerable and intimate moments and still had an aspect of play and finding the fun in it all. From start to finish this show is a laugh riot. The bits are clever and feel original, with several bits feeling like one clown gets to be the leader with everyone joining into the game they set. The direction is brilliant as is the work from the clowns themselves. My absolute favorite is the opening of the show, such a silly commentary on something everyone experiences. ... full review

Trying to slim down this show into 60 minutes seemed like a big feat to me, but I think Colleen provided a cut of this show that really works in an expedited telling of a beloved classic. The cut of this show still tells the plot perfectly while allowing plenty of laughs and just enough time for us to feel like each couple earns their endings, even our Fools! With a double cast, the cast on the night that I saw was incredible all around, with a notably strong performance from Alfredo Melita as Orlando. Everytime I think about this show and what I watched, I can only think of two words: Trans excellence. A story of a proud transwoman's journey to finding herself in a 3 act structure is full of love, light, hope, fight, passion, and some of the best dancing I have seen in years!!!! Trevor has such an impressive delivery on the concept of his show that you find yourself asking the entire time you are watching it... Wait, is he really making this all up on the spot? Or is he really just that good in selling the bit? I don't think the audience will ever truly know, and that's all a job well done to Trevor.
