An ambitious, deeply-felt haunting ride. Big props to these thoughtful artists for tackling the genuinely life-threatening predicament of the trans community. In a brief comment after the performance the playwright/lead actor passed along that she felt she must make this play because she had something she had to say. And the audience really felt the importance of her commitment and expression. I'm grateful for her, her team and for getting to experience this show....

This heartfelt deep dive into the high highs and hideous lows of a child actor's life in Hollywood really got to me! Edward KO in the lead is serving up a fantastic performance. He's pure emotion, commitment, humor, poignancy. And his ensemble and direction (Yas KCT!) are collaborating with real presence and energy to make beautiful music and tell an important story. Big thumbs up for the whole team!...

I loved getting a funny, detailed and deeply musical history lesson - about musicians that history has overlooked. Eve is a brilliant piano player and all-around musician. It's always a joy to hear a skilled ragtime player do their thing live - and even more so when it's a woman! I felt enriched, educated and entertained. Can't wait to hear her play and sing again....

Nalini is a totally compelling stage presence. And her madcap show is beautifully strange, beguiling and funny - in the weirdest ways. I enjoyed the energy, vibe, and super inventive story-telling. Her fearlessness and physicality were great. And chanting "DEATH DEATH DEATH" with a room full of happy people really does make you feel better about the whole landscape! ...

What a joy to spend an hour with Greg and their many delicious talents - they're funny, deep, revealing, a great writer, and a truly theatrical stage presence. The show is smart, weird, compelling and totally relatable - especially for fellow artists struggling with their work. I really felt his experience as someone who also struggles with their religious upbringing. And all that's wrapped up in some seriously funny bizness! So glad I got to experience this show!...

Marnina and Micah are about as charming as it gets! I loved spending the afternoon with their totally approachable personalities, their unlikely and completely new-fangled marriage, their gently self-effacing humor, their sweet sweet singing and their beautiful instruments. And I loved getting to know them through their show. Go enjoy yourself - you'll be gad you did!...

Super fun! Ryan is a genuinely theatrical presence - with his wit, music, self-effacement and physicality all working at high rev. Loved his high voltage energy and the inter-play with the audience. The room was rockin'! Also, I got to slap his ass during one song - so extra points!...

YAS SEAMUS! What a beguiling, madcap, hallucinatory, joyful, funny experience. I could have hung out with Seamus's Nancy all night. From the hauntingly screwed-up piano playing to the delicious movement to the super funny jokes to the truly resonant side-eye commentary on how power corrupts, this show is giving you true clowning with true depth and delight. GOOOO! ...

Stacie has a deep, lovely and real stage presence. The story-telling - in the form of her remembrances, her beautiful singing and gorgeous video elements - really drew me in. I felt taken care of brought in. And less alone when it comes to the drunks in our lives! Thank you, Stacie!...
