I highly recommend watching this show without reading anything about it in advance. I heard the buzz about this show and showed up without any expectations, and I'm so glad that I did because I was delightfully surprised by the story and characters. It's rare to be surprised by storylines these days, so kudos to the playwrights for their creative plot, memorable characters, and witty dialogue....

I loved the live combat and sword fighting. In a world where we’ve become so used to digital special effects, it was refreshing to watch fight sequences and hand-to-hand combat up close and in person. Plus, the storyline was entertaining too....

I loved Juan’s energy, passion, and love for his family and culture. The stories he shared were so vividly described that I felt like I was right there with him. There aren’t a lot of stories out there about the Colombian American experience, so this show is a real treat!...
