A Haunting Revue

I really found myself moved by the second story, I think this is because A) I love Dracula and B) I am friends with an elderly man who is very important to me. I almost wish this had just been a fifty minute one act. I could’ve watched it longer. Some really interesting stuff in that one. Reminded me of “Switzerland” by Joanna Murray-Smith.... full review

Raw, real and sweet. A show I’ve seen throughout its development but had never seen the true vision for until I saw it tonight. It floored me. Jesse Harley is a beautiful human being. ... full review

Mark Vigeant: OUT THERE

Like a mixture of Conner O’Malley’s “Rap World” and “Into the Wild.” Like much of Vigeant’s work, this follows the degradation and ultimate undoing of a modern man when polite society is stripped away. If you have kinder trauma regarding the gorilla from SpongeBob, this is the show for you. If you wish the gorilla did a burlesque act, this is the show for you. If you are the type to enjoy the sweet leaf before a show, this is the show for you. If you wish Paul McCartney had a little tiny version of his Sgt. Pepper uniform that he carried around everywhere, this is the show for you. If you want to have a great time for 45 minutes, this is the show for you. Highly recommend a front... full review

There have been a long list of performances in the history of acting, across many media. I think Hailey McAfee might’ve given the greatest one. ... full review

Open, honest and deeply vulnerable, Braswell does the near impossible here, proving that clown can be not only a force for good, but genuine. This is a show to be treasured. ... full review

Charmin The Musical

It’s interesting how already in 2025, COVID feels like another era. Yet seeing this brings back memories of it so clearly. On the whole, this is a project that’s broadly enjoyable even if it’s not my personal cup of tea. But I think it masterfully succeeds in capturing the absurdity of that era.... full review
