May 1, 2026-– Award-winning Author and Performer Randa Jarrar (RAMY, #1 HAPPY FAMILY USA, LOVE IS AN EX-COUNTRY) will stage her one-person show, The Last Palestinian, at this year’s Hollywood Fringe. All proceeds from this show will go to support families in Gaza. The dramedy, which uses absurdist humor, archetypal characters, and Palestinian folklore, charts humanity’s spectacular downfall through the story of a young woman enduring the genocide. Wrapped in a shroud, she wakes up in 2055 to discover she is the last person on Earth. She finds a friend in a hologram carrying the consciousness of Italian legal scholar Francesca Albanese. Through Francesca’s history channels, Asheerah learns how the world ended and how those who resisted carried out justice before their demise. The Last Palestinian will be playing at The Broadwater Second Stage Theater in Los Angeles, CA. Tickets are available now and can be directly purchased HERE. The showtimes at The Broadwater Second Stage Theater can be found below: ● Saturday June 6 @ 12:30 PM ● Thursday June 18 @ 7:30PM ● Sunday June 21 @ 2:00PM ● Tuesday June 23 @ 7:30PM ● Sunday June 28 @ 5:30PM The Last Palestinian is directed and dramaturged by comedian and performer D’Lo (TO T OR NOT TO T, LOOKING, BROS). Jarrar performed The Last Palestinian for the first time at Edinburgh Fringe in 2025, and has since staged it at Palestine House in London and The Lost Church comedy venue in San Francisco.
