PSA: Pelvic Service Announcement is the first solo show from NYC comedian Amy Veltman and is produced by Jessica Lynn Johnson. Amy tells the raw, ridiculous tale of her odyssey through the American healthcare system all in this multimedia extravaganza featuring unforgettable characters, original songs, and a medically unsanctioned chart. When this “know-it-all” mom of two sought help for some minor pelvic floor issues, she quickly learned just how much she didn’t know about her body’s most basic functions—in spite of an OB/GYN father.

The show garnered multiple four-star reviews from its full run at the Edinburgh Fringe in August of 2025. Amy has also taken PSA to the San Diego International Fringe Festival, San Francisco Fringe, Tucson Fringe, the Greenwich Theatre in London, CoHo ClownFest in Portland, Oregon, the 2026 NYC Fringe Festival, and the 2026 Boston Fringe.

Amy Veltman is a New York City comedian, actor, and writer who grew up in Portland, Oregon. She’s the producer and co-host of podcast 2 Moms on The Couch which, like her comedy, features her edgy take on motherhood, marriage, and being an outsider in an insider’s world. She has an MFA in Filmmaking from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and has written screenplays for Sunshine Amalgamedia and Disney.

To further her mission of using PSA: Pelvic Service Announcement to educate as much as entertain, Amy facilitated a post-show Q&A with a panel of physical therapists focused on male and female pelvic floor health and performed at the Ovarian Cancer Alliance of Oregon and SW Washington benefit, “O-Vary Funny.”
