Forget everything you thought you knew about Mrs. Claus — because she’s gone bad. There are no more cookies, the marriage is hanging by a candy cane, and the North Pole PR team is in full panic mode.

Roast Your Chestnuts is a bold, filthy adjacent, festive 45-minute solo comedy spectacle starring a glamorously unhinged Mrs. Claus who has officially had enough of holiday cheer.

After centuries trapped behind an oven in the shadow of a narcissistic husband with a toy monopoly, she’s stepping into the spotlight to celebrate herself, roast holiday traditions, spill all the North Pole tea, have some surprising adventures in Hollywood and become an influencer. She also shares her icy opinion to anyone unlucky enough to land in her path.
Armed with frosty wisdom and inappropriate life advice this is Bad Mrs. Claus 2.0 and she’s ready to sleigh.

Written and performed by Tanya Dickson, “Roast Your Chestnuts” blends character comedy, stand-up, and chaotic holiday cabaret into a wildly original Fringe experience that’s equal parts festive meltdown and frosty glow-up.
