A wild musical parody inspired by the cult classic film comes to life this June at Three Clubs in HOLLYWOOD, CA — This summer, camp is officially back in session. Cherry Poppins Productions proudly presents Wet Hot AMUSICAL Summer, an outrageous new musical parody inspired by the cult comedy film Wet Hot American Summer, playing this June at Three Clubs as part of the Hollywood Fringe Festival.
Performances take place Thursdays at 7:30 PM, with an additional performance on Saturday, June 27th at 5:30 PM.
It’s been 25 years since the last day of Camp Firewood in the cult classic cinematic gem that is Wet Hot American Summer. Now the chaos returns like audiences have never seen—or heard—it before. Wet Hot AMUSICAL Summer is a bold, irreverent musical parody that transforms the beloved film into a full-blown theatrical fever dream packed with comedy, nostalgia, absurdity, and a soundtrack soaked in ‘70s vibes.
As friendships implode, romances ignite, and absolutely nothing goes according to plan, the show dives headfirst into the bizarre and celebrates the anything-goes spirit fans have come to expect from Cherry Poppins Productions.
