Lots of laughs watching the interactions among sincere, ambitious but struggling, friends Sebastian and Kate as they pursue their acting and photography careers. Then in pops self-absorbed, "I've got the answer" new neighbor Tony, whose motto appears to be "your home is my home" (especially since he knows he can solve their issues by introducing them to an ancient Peruvian self-help therapy known as "The Source"). And perhaps it worked because voila! - a new boyfriend for Kate joins the mix, with a dry wit that adds another flavor to the conversational stew; and lo and behold! - Sebastian lands a gig doing a photoshoot with Charo Vergara (Sofia's hotter sister), who shines in her campiness. This show features the biggest A-Hole I've seen so far in the 2019 Fringe Festival. I mean that as a compliment in the highest sense. The hilarity that comes from the title character is made all the more real by the fact that everyone in the audience (especially in LA) knows someone EXACTLY LIKE HIM. Luca Malacrino plays the Narcissist character brilliantly and I laughed through the whole thing. This is the funniest show I've seen so far in the Fringe. ... full review
