25 Plays Per Hour is outrageously entertaining! This production is riddled with gems as it whisks you through a fast paced and exciting rush of every subject matter imaginable. The hysterical, brilliantly executed comedy punctuated by suddenly serious and deeply touching pieces will leave you at the mercy of this radiant cast. ...

I can't believe it was my first time seeing 25PPH but it was and now I am an eternal fan. Everything is clean, sharp, specific and motivated from the writing, to performance and finally to direction. Some of my favorite plays (and there are a LOT to choose from) was More Like Viet-Gay, White Satin, Clean Lines, Tweet Poet, Is This Seat Taken, Better Not to Ask, and both runners, Coming Out and Serial Killer. The cast is super energetic, fun, and playful and it was an utter delight the whole time. I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THE NEXT ONE!...

This was such an excellent way to spend an hour. Very talented cast. There is really something for everyone in this show. My favorite scene was about Starbucks...being older...having your teen angst anthem become easy listening, so well written and true. There were several scenes that had me laughing hysterically and several other scenes that really made me think. The fast pace was like a roller coaster that after riding it you say, let's go again!
Go see this show, you will not regret it!...

Another Hollywood Fringe, another production of 25 Plays Per Hour by Theatre Unleashed. This welcome Fringe tradition has officially been around long enough to warrant a “Best of” edition. Once again, the audience is treated to a fast-and-loose production of 25 plays lasting a total of 60 minutes – the scene transition clock-ticking serves as a frequent reminder that expedition is more important than elegance here. (Unfortunately, a few lines do get lost in the chaos.) “Muffins” is the comedic high point of the show...

The praise for this show is well-deserved. What a strong cast! Some of these mini-plays will stick with you. My Faves: The fantastic "White Satin, Clean Lines" featuring Coutney Sara Bell, "Amnesia" with Coutney Sara Bell & Jenn Scuderi Crafts which reminded me of classic live TV comedy, the Serial Killer series with Jim Martyka and a deliriously funny Heather Lake and "The Greatest Detective" with Heather Lake, Lee Pollero, Liz Flemming and Ben Atkinson....

I saw 25 Plays Per Hour last year and loved it. With the nature of a "best of" approach, they've culled the cream of the crop from years past and the result is indeed even more hilarious, and surprisingly at points, touching. High energy cast, directed with great pacing and variety. GO!...
