I had fun because Sarah is having the time of her life on stage...and that is truly why this show works so well. Sarah's charisma and charm turned what could otherwise be a bitter, not yet ripe cherry into a sweet sundae topped with a Maraschino...candy-coated fun. You get the metaphoric idea I was going for. Loved it!! This production is fun, fierce, relatable, heart wrenching and beautiful. Sarah is a the kind of performer where you can’t tell which is more delightful, her vulnerable storytelling or her uncanny improv ability. Fun, exciting, heartfelt and beautifully woven together! Not only is Sarah hilarious and vulnerable as a performer, but the writing and storytelling was on point and moving at times! She has you laughing, engaging and rooting for her one moment and then heartbroken the next. She bounces between funny and real moments to effortlessly that it keeps the pace, the fun and the story at its core! This should be a TV show!!! ... full review

This show was AMAZING! I had to see it twice because it was just that good! The way her show makes one hour go by so fast because it is just so engaging and hilarious. She has a way to take you back to the past and the good times without having to leave your seat. I would definitely recommend this show to anyone who loves nostalgia and remembering what it's like to be passionate and obsessed about something or in this case, someone! I can't wait for this show to be discovered by some undercover talent agent and this show becoming a Netflix/Hulu series.... full review

The CHERRY show was super light-hearted, emotional, relatable, hilarious, and engaging! Sarah is super vulnerable in sharing about her journey (not just her Katy Perry fandom journey, but also her personal life journey). I loved the balance between the jokes and the real life experiences (and the combination of both sometimes). The script is so genuine, and included several themes aside from being a super fan of Katy Perry :) Keep up the great work, Sarah!!! I'm forever a fan of you and your work!... full review

A truly spectacular one woman show. I was impressed by Sarah' Carroll's character choices, she brought Cherry to life. I loved the innocence of Cherry and laughed at her choices but also felt deep empathy for her journey and really wanted her to fulfill her dream. It was a magical show. Brilliant , quirky, cute and fun is how I will remember this show. Sarah Carroll is one to watch as this show was simply a breath of fresh air and a great start to the festival. I know that Sarah is one to watch. I am glad I got to see her now. ... full review
