Possibly my favorite of all the Ingersoll shows, this one really dives deep into the psyche of topics that have been argued for centuries -- and it's fascinating to decide for myself where I fall into these categories -- and it's all thanks to a wonderful performance that keeps me engaged and leaving wanting more.... full review

Ernest is an extremely passionate actor. I had trouble seeing where Ernest ended and the character began and I believe that is the job of any great performer. I've known Ernest as a Theater Critic and with this performance I now know him as also an outstanding performer. I have even more respect for his credentials as a Theater Critic now. I have always appreciated and respected his enduring support for the Fringe Community. Not being a fan of the SATAN branding I had a lot to overcome to get the ticket but I came away educated. Not necessarily what Robert may have wanted but a new conviction towards Forgiveness,Hope, and Childlike Faith. ... full review

What a FANTASTIC show! There are many different types of solo shows., one being based on an actual real person. Well, Ernest fully embodied Robert G. Ingersoll... in fact, Ernest was probably more Ingersoll than Ingersoll ever was. He kept my attention the entire time and the space at the Wren Theatre was PERFECT for this show. ... full review
