This was my last show of the night after a five-show day and it started at 11:00 pm so I was hoping it would be good. Suffice it to say, my hopes were not only met but surpassed before the company had even completed the first line of their first song. When you read 'no jukebox, no parodies' on the publicity materials, what that fails to relate is that the songs are all quite specifically derivative in one way or another of the best songs from the 80s. In this specific case, with this wildly talented cast, that is not a bad thing - especially at Fringe. You'll hear songs that sound like 'Jump' and 'Time After Time' and 'Footloose' but all of that just helps to win you over if you are familiar with those masterworks. If you are not - you'...

Somehow the entire season 2 of Stranger Things was squeezed into a very short and very fun musical. Definitely worth seeing for fans of the show and anyone who likes sci-fi stories. While the show has it's fun, the actors play it for real which makes the laughs and the moments of silence much more satisfying. The staging is brilliant, I sat on the side and never once felt like I was missing anything....

A wonderful show that's put together with love and care. The crowd was raucous and the mood was elevated. What more can you ask for out of a Friday night show?

The show was well acted and directed, really loved Zachary Zagoria, characters sang danced and did cool stunts, I'm not a big theater person, but will go back to see another play.

This show is a lot of fun! The actors committed to their characters and the absurdity of a Stranger Things musical while giving each character a lot of heart. You care about each character and want them to win at the end which is hard to do in a parody musical. ...

There’s a tiny patch of Hollywood currently stuck in the 1980s and if you love demon dogs, shadow monsters, teen romances and, yes…. The Music, then this is the place to be. Stranger Things the Musical delightfully pokes fun at the Duffer Brothers 1980s homage through a playful use of 80s pop music nods and Speilbergian movie tropes. Lee Huff’s music is spot on with references from Cindi Lauper to “Footloose” and Angela Todaro’s staging is peppered with just the right classic 80s dance moves to keep the cast and audience on its feet. The cast is a big part of the fun. They throw themselves into the material with an infectious glee.
Seeing “Stranger Things” on TV is not a prerequisite. Those who know and love the show get all the jokes b...

One of my favorite shows so far at the Fringe Festival! The casting of all the Stranger Things characters was spot on ... what a talented group of actors and actresses! The music and lyrics were outstanding; clever, witty and beat-boxer was amazing! Such a fun and entertaining show! Highly recommend !...
