It is an interesting play but I had a hard time understanding what the actors were saying. I chose this play because I had heard about the difficulties of African American nurses in WWII. I was hoping to learn more about those difficulties than what I already knew (superficially) but I didn't. ... full review

I loved seeing a stage full of black women portraying full fledged characters in a project led by women. Good writing, good direction a strong ensemble. I am so moved and inspired by the story of these extraordinary women. It needs and deserves to be told to a much wider audience. ... full review

I would have loved to see a full run of this show. I wanted to know more about the characters and the history. Thelma was HILARIOUS but delivered such strength & love in her character as well. All of the ladies were phenomenal!... full review
