Hollywood Fringe is Hiring Again!

In preparation for 2022, the Hollywood Fringe Festival is hiring the following positions. All applications are due February 1st, 2022. Read on to learn more about the positions. We look forward to hearing from you!

Audience Services Manager

The Audience Services Manager will assist audience members in all their varying needs and help guide and train other staff to do so. In the months leading up to Fringe, the Audience Services Manager will help develop and implement Hollywood Fringe’s customer service protocols and initiatives, including our budding accessibility program goals and our volunteer program. This position will also answer our audience and artist support emails via [email protected] throughout the Festival season. During the festival, the Audience Services Manager will oversee the Fringe Concierge team, which runs our help desk and shop all in one, with the assistance of other Concierge staff and volunteers.

Guide Manager & Designer

The Guide Manager & Designer will support the Fringe staff in creating the 2022 Festival Guide, a 150-200 page document that serves as the audience guide to the Festival grounds. The guide includes facts about how to navigate the Festival, ads from shows and supporters, and a show listing of the 300+ shows that participate in our Festival.

Programs Manager

The Programs Manager will support the Executive Director, focusing specifically on programs and events serving the current body of Fringe participants and audience. This will include supporting the Fringe Scholarships program, our Creative Workshop series, our Access Committee, and more. This position will also look towards inclusion initiatives in concert with our Audience Services Manager, including ADA accessibility initiatives and Spanish-language inclusion efforts.
