Gratitusical is the sub-text from every over-indulgent, self-serving cabaret act you've ever seen shouted out loud for all to hear. The writing and performance are polished to a gleaming sheen and when going off-script Rebecca Larsen's improv is razor sharp. Richard Levinson's songs run the gamut from plain silly to practically doctoral in their lyrical erudition. Taken together, Levinson and Larsen are a comedic powerhouse that's difficult to top....

Aurora & Larry is not splashy and garish. It doesn't pull any of the usual Fringe-y tricks to grab your attention. It is a carefully constructed narrative that gently unfolds before you like the petals of a flower....
