What a beautiful light and positive energy is Teruko! It's contagious. Her challenges and tragedies were heavy on the heart, and, unfortunately some experiences to which I could very much relate, but her words took me on a journey where I was rooting for her all the way. Her show is a testament to her spirit's strength, igniting the will to keep going no matter what one faces. She punctuates heavy moments with great comedic timing too. Becky found an ingenious way to make a tough subject entertaining; a testament to the writing and delivery. Probably one of the most important shows in Fringe. What a rich part of American history told through the eyes of a journalist as the eyes of a city, the city of Chicago. This was such a joy to watch, and the historian in me was screaming for more! And the acting sucked me right in; fantastic story-telling.... full review
