Comic-Con the Musical

What a nice little show. Caught this on a whim because it fit into my schedule and I actually knew someone in it (plus I will see almost any musical). I felt for the most part the music served its purpose and moved the story along. The one thing I did hate was the canned music, especially when the pianist is right there playing the rest of the show (this is probably just a personal thing). I might have liked to see a little more mention of real comic characters instead of the fake ones, howev... full review

Three Can Keep A Secret

What a fun piece. Anyone who knows me knows, plays and I don't entirely get along, but this was very fun to watch and participate in (as it is audience participation!). This is the first time seeing something written by Greg Crafts and I have to say, good job man! Interesting, well acted and a good story. I recommend to those who wanna go and have some fun and choose your OWN adventure. :-)... full review

Buffy Kills Edward: A Musical Romp

This show was incredibly fun and entertaining to watch from start to finish! The music, book and lyrics were all top notch. I have only seen the Buffy movie and a few episodes of the TV show and I cannot stand the Twilight series, but it was still easy for me to follow. If you are a fan of either or both of those series you will get all of the little in jokes. If you're an "outsider" like me, there is still more than enough for you to be entertained. Highly recommend seeing this show!... full review

Alien Vs. Musical

Super fun, and while it is helpful to have seen the musicals referenced and Alien (which I've actually never seen), the show is still very enjoyable and fun to watch. Kudos to the cast/crew and the writing and design team. Loved it!... full review

Marry Me A Little

All Sondheim fans need to go see this. I had seen Marry Me A Little twice in the past (professional productions too) and hated, hated, hated this musical. It always dragged on and was not at all interesting This version, directed by the brillian Janet Miller, has changed my opinion on this show. It is so good, it is kept moving and excellently directed and performed. A must see. Go see it!... full review
