I review theatre productions and occasionally films that deal with social and political issues. My reviews are more like essays (1500-3000 words). WSWS.org is an international site in seven languages with millions of readers. By aggreement with my editor, I do not “trash” individual artists by name – I will merely omit all mention. It’s hard enough to do theatre with commitment without getting slapped for your efforts. My focus is on the content.
