What I liked

I have some bias, since I’ve been friends with Hal a long time and (I’ll avoid spoilers) other individuals mentioned in the account. I think Hal’s honesty and ability to self-examine with frankness and humor are the show’s deepest assets. The audiovisual elements (projections, recordings) also help bring life to a narrative account that otherwise lives in our imagination.

What I didn't like

The occasional music or audio elements sometimes made audibility an issue, at least for someone a few rows back.

My overall impression

A funny and unflinchingly honest account of navigating the waters of self-discovery and wrestling with lifelong anxiety. Blends anecdotes, humor, personal philosophy, and real-life drama. Atop it all, the show asks whether something positive can be spun out of the experience of anxiety.
